FIRST CLARKSVILLE CONSERVATORY

Established in 1995, the First Clarksville Conservatory is a Christian Private Lesson Program providing students and adults the opportunity to study music in a church environment. All lessons are taught in the Hope Building, located at 435 Madison Street.

The First Clarksville Conservatory offers a wide variety of instrumental and vocal instruction in a private setting. Whether you are a beginning, intermediate or advanced musician, we can provide instruction for students of all ages who seek to develop their gifts. The registration fee is due when the registration form is turned in.  The deadline is December 15, 2017.  Registrations will be taken after that date based on availability.  Tuition is payable by the semester either in one complete payment, or divided into two parts at the beginning and mid-semester.  The tuition fee is due on or before the first week of instruction, January 15, 2018.  Please make checks payable to First Baptist Church.

LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to two make-up lessons will be given, provided the student gives the teacher at least a six-hour notice that a lesson will be missed. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the teacher or the Conservatory if a lesson will be missed. Failure to notify the teacher will forfeit the opportunity to make up the lesson. The Conservatory Office and instructors reserve the right to rule whether a lesson is to be made up or not.

Conservatory lessons will be cancelled if the Clarksville Montgomery County Schools are closed due to inclement weather conditions.

The Conservatory will be open:

  • Monday, January 15 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
  • Monday, February 19 (Presidents Day)

The Conservatory will be closed:

  • Monday-Friday, March 26-30 (Spring Break)
