Change to Membership/Giving Software,
Group Leader App and Church App
In an effort to be good stewards of all God provides, we are changing software vendors for our church membership and giving software. Up till now we have been using Community Church Builders (CCB) along with their merchant providers Bluepay and PushPay. These programs will be terminated by June 30,2021.
The new systems, MinistryOne and ShelbyNext Giving and Membership, are available for you to transition to right now. The new system consists of different access points that provide different services. They are as follows:
1) FOR MEMBERS AND DONORS — CHURCH APP:
Provides a portal for Giving, Contacting Us, Church Profile information and Sermons.
Go to your app store and search for MinistryOne. It will come up as Church by MinistryOne.
Install the app. Once the app is installed, it will read as “Church”.
Access the app and select First Baptist Church of Clarksville or ZIP code 37040.
Tap into the Profile option and sign-in using the email address or phone number that is in your member file with the church.
NOTE: The app will search our membership database for your information and if it finds a match will pull up your information. Otherwise, it will ask you for additional information to set you up.
Once it sets you up, an additional icon labeled “People” will show up. You will have access to your groups and to a church directory.
2) For Groups Leaders — Leader App:
Includes Directory, Groups, Calendar, Interactions, Attendance and Contact information.
Go to your app store and search for ShelbyNext Membership.
Install the app.
Access the app and select First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
The domain is FBCT. Use your ShelbyNext Membership login and password.

3) Browser Access to ShelbyNext Membership:
Provides expanded information for giving details and the ability to print giving statements, membership directory, all church groups, interactions section, attendance information and other information.
Go to our website: fbct.org.
Go to the bottom of any page and click on Member Login.
You will be at a login window that says “Welcome to My FBCT”.
Use your ShelbyNext Membership login and password.

About your login:
If you do not have one or need to reset your login, please email debra.burr@fbct.org. Provide your full name, your email and phone number.
An email will be sent to you with your credentials and a temporary password. It will be from First Baptist Church and will be regarding your account information. You can log into the Browser version of ShelbyNext membership and reset the password from the account tab under your profile.
