CONNECT GROUPS
At First Baptist Clarksville, an important part of how we function is by connecting with each other as well as creating an atmosphere that is conducive to growing in our relationship with God and with others. One way in which we make strides to achieve that goal is through Connect Groups.
It’s our prayer that you’ll feel an overwhelming sense of home the moment you walk through the doors. No matter your age or where you are in life, we’re confident you’ll find us to be a place where you can experience God and connect with others.
In-person CONNECT GROUP OPTIONS:
In-person Connect Groups meet on Sundays at 9:00am! We have something for everyone! We have classes ranging from Preschool, Kids, and Students to Parents of Preschoolers all the way through Senior Adult! Stop by the Connect Center at the Steeple entrance on Sunday and we’ll help you find the perfect fit!
TUESDAY MORNING MEN’S GROUP (6:30AM):
Men’s Prayer Group, Chick-Fil-A, 6:30am, Led by Scott Moncrief and Greg Utley
Our Men’s Bible Study addresses real issues facing modern men through the timeless truth of God’s Word. Rooted in the full counsel of Scripture, each study is designed to strengthen faith, sharpen character, and apply biblical principles to everyday life.Our mission is to encourage, equip, and unify the men of our community in support of the ministry and mission of our church. Together, we seek to grow as godly leaders in our homes, workplaces, and community.
TUESDAY EVENING WOMEN’S GROUP (6:00PM):
MomLife, Steeple Landing, 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:00-8:00pm, Beginning August 18 through May, 3rd Floor Steeple Landing, Led by Tabitha Dowdy, Registration/Tuition is $50.00. Please note that there is no childcare available for the Tuesday Group. Please register online at fbct.org/momlife.
WEDNESDAY MORNING GROUP:
Explorers (Women’s Bible Study), 3rd Floor Hope Building, 9:30-11:30am, August-May, Led by Becky Bourne

FRIDAY MORNING WOMEN’S GROUP (9:00AM):
MomLife, one Friday a month from 9:00am-11:30am. We began on Friday, August 29th and will meet through May. Registration/Tuition is $90.00. Please note that childcare availability is limited for the Friday Group.P lease register online at fbct.org/momlife.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A CONNECT GROUP?
Frequently throughout the Bible, God calls His Church to assemble for fellowship. In Proverbs 27:17, the author compares fellowship of God's worshipers to iron sharpening iron—meaning we are made stronger because of it. God has made it clear that believers absolutely need fellowship! Connect Groups exist so that the members of our church may be sharpened, strengthened, encouraged, and grown spiritually.
HOW CAN I FIND A CONNECT GROUP THAT IS RIGHT FOR ME?
The best way to get involved and to see how things fit is to visit the classes. Don't be afraid to try out several ones! Just remember, God has a special place for you filled with special people with whom you can grow! Stop by the Connect Center at the Steeple entrance on Sunday morning and we’d LOVE to help YOU find a Connect Group!
