Jason works with the Senior Pastor by overseeing the day-to-day operations for Recreational activities and University Ministries by providing direction leadership and organizational support for both ministries. He is orginally from Huntingdon, TN, and he and his wife Wendy have been married for 15 years and have four children, Landon, Macy, Brady, and Camden.

John Mark is a native of Clarksville. He and his wife Gail have been married for 24 years and have one child Braxton. Worship is more than music to John Mark. He believes it is in everything we do. Hebrews 13, verses 15 & 16. "Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to his name. And don’t forget to do good and to share with those in need. These are the sacrifices that please God."
JOHN FRANKLIN, MINISTER OF PRAYER AND SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

John’s assignment is to equip the church body to connect with God in prayer and to seek the Lord for a spiritual awakening. Connecting in prayer means knowing what it takes for God to answer you, and spiritual awakening means seeking the Lord for an outpouring of His Spirit on the church and region. Prior to coming to FBCT, he served in various ministry capacities including a senior pastorate position and as a national leader in prayer. He is married to his lovely wife Kathy and together they have three wonderful teenagers, Daniel, Nathan, and Susanna. John would love to get to know you and do anything for you he can in these areas.
CHERYL MCCRARY, MINISTER TO PRESCHOOLERS

Since 2008, Cheryl has been providing excellent care and programming for our preschool children in God’s Animal Kingdom. Blessed to know and work with the most dedicated group of preschool leaders imaginable, Cheryl loves working with staff and volunteers who genuinely love Jesus and are so focused on teaching our precious preschool friends about Jesus. When she’s not hanging out at FBCT, Cheryl enjoys going to the movies, especially musicals, and spending Saturdays cheering on Florida State Football with her husband Jamie. Jeremiah 29:11-13 is a daily reminder to Cheryl to walk in faith and trust God’s plan and promises.
JACKSON MOSER, STUDENT MINISTer

Jackson Moser serves as our Student ministry Associate. Jackson and his wife, Sarah, moved from Knoxville, TN in August of 2017 to join the Next Generation team at First Baptist’s Downtown Campus. After growing up in Louisville, KY, Jackson was educated and graduated from Johnson University with a dual degree in Bible & Theology and Management of Non-profit Organizations in 2015. Jackson has a heart for discipleship at all ages, and for the Gospel of Christ to be extended among all nations starting with the neighbors next door. He believes in the transformational power of missional communities for the furtherance of God’s kingdom on Earth. He enjoys Kentucky Basketball, pizza, and strong, black coffee.
BILLY SOTO, Kirkwood Campus PASTOR and hispanic pastor

Billy Soto serves as our Hispanic Ministry Pastor and Kirkwood Pastor. Billy and his wife Amy have two children, Will and Sarah. He is a veteran of the United States Army. He graduated from APSU before completing his Master’s Degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His ministry focuses on reaching, teaching, and equipping Hispanic families to love, know, and serve the Lord.
PAT VAN DYKE, MINISTER OF MUSIC AND PASTORAL CARE

A staff member since 1994, Pat currently serves as Minister of Music and Pastoral Ministries and recently celebrated his 20th anniversary at First Baptist Clarksville. Educated at the University of Memphis and Southwestern Seminary, Pat has served as a Music Minister since 1975. Pat and his wife Susanne have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. He is grateful for the opportunity to help people praise our great God in the Classic Worship Service. One of Pat’s favorite scriptures is Psalm 150:6, “Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord.” It is truly the theme to his ministry at FBCT.
